摘要
研究了经 Cd2+ 溶液处理后的菱( Trapa bicornis Osbeck)浮水叶显微结构和超微结构的变化情况.50 μm ol/ L和100 μm ol/ L Cd2+ 溶液处理引起叶显微结构的变化:细胞变形、溶解;组织松散、解体,栅栏组织和海绵组织均遭到破坏.菱叶细胞受一定浓度 Cd2+ (大于 10 μm ol/ L)毒害后,其细胞核的核质消失,但核膜保持完整;叶绿体基粒数目减少,基粒片层解体,叶绿体双层膜断裂.通过研究,提供了 Cd2+
Studying the changes of microstructure and ultrastructure of float leaves treated with Cd 2+ solution.50 μmol/L and 100 μmol/L Cd 2+ treatments can make microstructure change:cells are out of shape and broken;tissues have come loose and deformed including the destruction of palisade and spongy mesophyll.After leaves cells of T.bicornis treated with Cd 2+ at some concentration(≥10 μmol/L), their nuclear substance disappear,but nuclear membrane keep intact;Number of chloroplast granas decrease,layers of grana disintegrate and chloroplast envelope get disrupted.By the study on leaf structure,could provide changes of cell structure and morphological characteristic of leaves poisoned by Cd 2+ .
