摘要
认知功能障碍（cognitive impairment）是指大脑精神和智力活动的各个方面，如感知觉、记忆、言语、抽象思维等这些高级功能的障碍，是痴呆早期的重要症状之一。统计表明，中国65岁以上人群痴呆患病率为4．8％，85岁以上人群中每3人就有1例痴呆患者。据推测，2040年中国痴呆患病人数将等于世界发达国家痴呆患病人数的总和。
