纳米复合薄膜非线性光学性质的数值研究

摘要 利用Maxwell-Garnert理论,从理论上分析了贵金属金和银嵌入SiO2主体基质复合体系的非线性光学性质.进一步从数值上研究了体系的有效线性介电函数和光学非线性随体积分数和形状因子的变化,发现体系的光学非线性更依赖于金属颗粒组分的体积因子.同时研究了s方向和p方向极化的总反射率的行为. The main nonlinear optical properties of the precious metals gold and silver embedded in SiO2 matrix composite system was studied theoritically with the spectral representation method and Maxwell-Garnert theory.The effective linear dielectric function and optical nonlinear of the system with the volume fraction and shape in factor was numerically studied.The system of nonlinear optics of metal particles is more dependent on the size factor component.The s direction and the p polarization direction of the overall reflectivity behavior was also studied.
