使用漆酶/酚类化合物改善OCC纸浆的纤维性能 被引量:7

摘要 选用没食子酸、紫丁香醇和阿魏酸三种酚类物质作为天然介体,研究了漆酶/酚类化合物处理旧瓦楞纸箱(OCC)纸浆,其纤维表面形貌、纤维形态、卡伯值及物理性能的变化.结果表明:三种酚类化合物在漆酶催化氧化过程中均发生了缩合反应;以漆酶/酚类化合物处理OCC纸浆后,其纤维表面呈光滑、平整状态,并可以观察到纤维表面有沉积物及纤维间的连接膜生成;纤维粗度和卡伯值增加;纸板湿强度,特别是湿环压强度提高明显. Three kinds of phenols,namely gallic acids,yringal alcohol and ferulic acid,were selected as laccase natural mediator to investigate the changes of fiber surface,morphological properties of fibers,kappa number and physical properties of OCC(Old Corrugated Containers)pulp through laccase/phenols treatment.The results show that the condensation reaction of phenols caused by laccase catalytic oxidation.After the OCC pulp were treated by laccase/phenolsf,ibers surface became much smootherf;iber coarseness and kappa number were highert;he observation of deposits and films on the fibers tended to be observed;wet strength of hand sheetse,specially the wet ring crush strength,were improved obviously.
