制约训练和竞赛的因素很多,这些因素最终影响竞技体育发展的规模和速度。从系统管理的角度思考和分析制约竞技体育发展的非经济因素,旨在为竞技体育发展战略提供参考。
There are many factors restricting trainings and competitions.And these factors ultimately influence the size and speed of the development of Competitive Sports.By using the theory of the system management,this article mainly analyzes non-economic factors that restrict the development of competitive sports,and provides some strategies to develop competitive sports.
