摘要
按照创新集群的特点和组织间的关系划分,将创新集群的知识转移分为二元点式知识转移、链式知识转移和网络式知识转移3种模式。通过对创新集群内知识转移的模式进行分析,从其知识转移的内容和知识流的形态中总结出创新集群知识转移的特点为:创新集群知识转移过程是集群知识价值增值的过程、创新集群知识转移是一种有保留的转移、创新集群知识转移受到网络特征因素和正式控制的双重影响。
According to the characteristics and organization relationships within innovative clusters,this paper dividesd the knowledge transfer mode into three types,such as binary-point knowledge transfer mode,chain-typed knowledge transfer mode and network-style knowledge transfer mode.Based on the analysis of innovation and knowledge transfer model,the paper summed up the characteristics of knowledge transfer from the content and knowledge flow patterns：the knowledge transfer within innovative clusters is the process of value-added for knowledge clusters;the transfer is qualified;Innovative clusters and knowledge transfer are affected by the network characteristics of the factors and the formal control.
