摘要
在对环氧乙烷乙二醇装置15个点进行醛类杂质分析的基础上,找出影响乙二醇(MEG)产品醛类杂质含量的因素,针对这些醛类杂质产生的部位及主要原因,采取全流程优化,降低了MEG产品中醛类杂质,保证了产品质量。
Identified the impacts of aldehyde impurities content in MEG, based on the analysis of impurities in 15 - points of ethylene oxide glycol aldehyde device. Took the whole process optimization aimed on the key positions and main reasons of aldehydes impurities producing, reduced the aldehyde impurities content of MEG to ensure product quality.
