摘要
简述目前钢球磨煤机普遍采用的隔声方式及其运行过程中释放噪声强度的现状。探讨利用加装隔声罩的方式降低钢球磨煤机噪声传播的技术措施。并介绍使用理论计算数值与实际测量数据比对的方法,进行隔声罩安装效果的评价和验证。
This paper briefly describes the present situation of sound insulation ways universally adopted in steel ball coal mill and the noise intensity released during operation. It explores the technical measures to reduce noise propagation of the steel ball coal mill by installing noise enclosure. And the paper also introduces applying comparison of numerical value from theoretical calculation to practical measuring data to evaluate and test the effect of installing noise enclosures.
