摘要
在冷冻条件下，利用７２３０分光光度计、显微摄影及ＩＥＦ－ＰＡＧＥ等方法测定不同浓度的ＤＭＳＯ对桃树叶肉细胞的抗冻作用。发现（１）材料冷冻后再加入ＤＭＳＯ对细胞的抗冻作用不明显；（２）先用ＤＭＳＯ处理后对细胞有明显的抗冻作用，其中ＶＤＭＳＯ∶ＶＨ２Ｏ＝２∶３及ＶＤＭＳＯ∶ＶＨ２Ｏ＝１∶１的配比对桃树叶肉细胞有较好的效果。
This experiment utilize such guotes as 7230-Visible spectophometer microphotogrophy.IEF-PAGE etc.,and dralis support from chart,data and photoes. It probes into the frost-poof action of DMSO to the mesophyll cells and we found:(1) The DMSO has no evident action to the cell after been frosted.(2) after handled by the DMSO. The plant cell has clear frost-proof action especially the F group which is the best in all the fest group. (3) The DMSO clots harm for the cell if the concertration as very high such as G group.
