摘要
陕北土地资源丰富、潜力大，农业发展已有一定基础，生态农业基地建设不仅必要而且可行初步设想包括４个方面：农业土地利用结构调整，梁峁锒嵌立体式生态农业。
Land resource in North Shanxi is rich,also has great potentialities,agricultural development of the region has achieved some success.According to the development of society,economy and environment in the region,it is not only necessary,but also feasible to construct the regional ecoagricultural base.The tentative idea on the construction of the base is provided for four aspects of adjustment on agricultural landuse,ecoagriculture of mosaic space style on hill,example test district and policy safeguards on construction of the base.
