摘要
大运会主体育馆为一大跨度单层折面形空间网壳,其建筑形态比较复杂,施工过程中的结构形式和设计成形状态下有很大差别;施工"路径"会对最终成形的竣工状态产生不同的内力和变形,与设计状态下的分析结果有较大差别,需在结构设计和施工中加以考虑.对大运会主体育馆建立有限元模型,运用施工力学的方法,按照实际的施工顺序进行施工全过程的力学模拟和分析;跟踪施工过程中结构的内力和变形的累积发展过程,分析施工过程对主体结构的影响,保证施工过程中结构的安全性,并使竣工时结构的内力和变形满足设计的要求,为设计和施工提供理论依据.
The structure of the main palaestra of the World University Games is a big span space shell,very complex in shape. During its construction of this complex structure,different construction "path" will lead to different internal force and deformation distribution. There is a great difference in internal force and deformation distribution between according to the design model and the step-by-step construction process. These have to be considered in the structural design and construction. This article adopts the construction mechanics and FEA method for analyzing the construction procedures according to the real construction process in order to find the actual internal force and deformation and determine the reasonable construction measures. Lots of results have been obtained which may serve as guidelines in theory for the design and construction.
