摘要
目的观察微创置管胸腔内注射顺铂联合艾迪注射液治疗恶性胸腔积液的近期疗效及不良反应。方法将54例恶性胸腔积液患者随机分为实验组和对照组,留置导管排尽胸水后,实验组予艾迪注射液联合顺铂胸腔内注入;对照组予顺铂胸腔内注入。每周治疗1次,共4次,观察临床疗效、生活质量及不良反应。结果实验组有效率、生活质量改善率高于对照组,化疗不良反应低于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创置管胸腔内注射顺铂联合艾迪注射液治疗恶性胸腔积液安全有效,且明显改善患者生活质量。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect and side effect of treatment for the patients with malignant pleural effusion by minitraumatic tube installation with intrapleural injection of cisplatin and Aidi injection.Methods 54 patients with malignant pleural effusion were randomly divided into experiment group and control group,catheterized and drained after thoracentesis.Intrapleural injection of cisplatin and Aidi injection were administered in the experiment group,but only cisplatin was given in the control group.The therapies were repeated every one week for a total of four times.To observe the clinical efficacy,quality of life,and side-effects.Results The effective rate and improvement rate of life quality in experiment group were higher than that in control group,while the side-effect of chemotherapy was lower.There were statistical significance（P〈0.05）between two groups.Conclusion Treatment of malignant pleural effusion by minitraumatic tube installation with intrapleural injection cisplatin and Aidi injection is safe and effective,and also improves the quality of patients＇ life.
