The author summarized the basic requirements and writing elements of medical papers. In the writing of medical papers, science, innovation, practice and specific are its basic requirements and should be emphasized by the writer. Medical papers writing has following elements：carefully selection of writing topics, scientific establishment of points, reasonable application of arguments, selection appropriate demonstration methods in accordance with contents.
