摘要
考察评价了几种替代本菲尔脱碳工艺中使用的UOP公司的ACT-1的活化剂。开发的新型AH-1活化剂吸收能力优于ACT-1活化剂,可显著提高二氧化碳吸收总量。实验确定了较适合AH-1的吸收条件,如吸收压力、吸收温度等。
Several activators were investigated and evaluated to substitute UOP's activator ACT-1 used in Benfield Process for CO2. removal. Comparing to ACT-1, the developed novel activator AH-1 could enhance the absorption of CO.- and increase gready ab- sorbing capacity of CO2. The suitable absorption conditions for AH-1, including pressure, temperature, etc., were determined experimentally.
