摘要 研究泥蚶总蛋白的抗疲劳作用及机制。将200只昆明小鼠随机分为5组,每组又随机分为4个亚组(n=10):泥蚶总蛋白(GPTG)高、中、低剂量组与空白对照组,GPTG高、中、低剂量组给药剂量分别为2g/kgBW,4g/kgBW,8g/kgBW,空白对照组给予为生理盐水,采用灌胃给药,30d后测定小鼠负重游泳时间及血清尿素氮(BUN)含量、血浆乳酸(BLA)浓度、血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性、血红蛋白(Hb)浓度、肝糖原与肌糖原含量等生化指标。泥蚶总蛋白可明显延长小鼠负重游泳时间,显著降低运动后小鼠的BUN含量和BLA水平,提高了Hb浓度、肝糖原与肌糖原水平及乳酸脱氢酶的活性。泥蚶总蛋白具有良好的抗疲劳作用。 To study the anti-fatigue effect of the gross protein extracted from Tegillarca granos(GPTG).Methods 200 male KM mice were randomly divided into five groups,which was further divided into four subgroups(n=10) according to the dose of GPTG.The four subgroups were blank control group and three groups of the GPTG at dose of 2g/kg BW,4g/kg BW,8g/kg BW respectively.30 days later,we tested the swimming time of loading mice and the contents of muscle glycogen,hepatic glycogen,blood urea nitrogen(BUN),blood BLAtic acid(BLA)and hemoglobin(HB),the activity of lactic dehydrogenase(LDH).When compared with that of blank control group,GPTG can obviously extended the swimming time,increased the contents of muscle glycogen,hepatic glycogen and HB significantly,markedly increased the activity of LDH,and dicreased the contents of BUN and BLA.GPTG has anti-fatigue effect in mice.
