摘要
为解决当前中小企业信息化进程中软硬件方面存在的众多资源限制问题,分析了中小企业集群式供应链管理模型,将中小企业集群式供应链协同管理分为跨供应链的横向企业群协同和供应链内部纵向企业群协同两个方面,综述了国内外中小企业集群式供应链协同管理技术的研究现状,最后对未来的研究趋势作出展望。
To overcome resource constraints existing in information process of SMEs, it analyzes the management modes of SCM for clusters of SMEs, describes the domestic and international overviews on the supply chain collaborative management of SMEs from two aspects including horizontal collaboration across different supply chains and vertical collaboration between SMEs in a sigal supply chain. Finanlly, it proposes the research trends on supply chain collaborative management of clusters of SMEs.
