摘要
根据研究视角和管理目标,提出将国内外现有的信息系统绩效评价理论观点归纳为五大类:即质量观、收益观、应用观、用户观和管理控制观。比较和论述了五类理论观点在经济维度、过程维度、业务维度和战略维度的差异。根据企业管理实践的现实需要,提出未来信息系统绩效评价研究应朝着管理控制观的方向努力的建议。
All of the existing literatures and theories on information system performance appraisal were sorted into five types by research perspectives and management objectives,which were quality views,benefit-cost views,application views,user views and management control views.On the basis of review on the five type views,the author compared the five type views by the dimensionalities of economics,process,transaction and strategy.Then,the author suggested the further research on information systems performance appraisal should focus on the perspective of management control.
