摘要
通用齿轮减速器应用及其广泛,为了满足大批量减速器的生产,同时降低生产成本,保证加工质量,需要采用新的设计方法。介绍了"模块化"设计思想,并将其应用在减速器的设计中,应用模块化减速器不仅可以满足大批量快速生产的需要,而且便于管理、节省人力物力。
General gear reducer is widely applied.It is necessary to develop a new method to meet the requirements of quantity production：reducing production cost and ensuring production quality.This paper introduces a design idea ‘modularization＇, and its application in gear reducer design.It can ensure quantity production,be beneficial to management and manpower and material resources saving.
