摘要
目的:为确保地方患者持卡就医实时结算工作的顺利推进,在医疗机构进行实时结算HIS改造。方法:论述了医疗保险制度改革和医院信息系统的关系,总结了二者之间信息整合的几点具体做法。结果:整合了医保患者在门诊的就诊流程,提高了工作效率。结论:医疗保险制度的改革促进了医院信息化的发展。
Objective To enhance the promotion of the real-time settlement system for local social security card holders who are receiving medical treatment by way of HIS real-time settlement improvement in medical institutions.Methods The relationship between the medical insurance system reform and the hospital information system was analyzed with several measures to integrate related information between them concluded.Results The outpatient treatment process for patients holding Social Security Cards was integrated with the working efficiency improved.Conclusion Hospital information system is improved with the reform of the medical insurance system.
