摘要
从系统建设目标入手,探讨了区域级卫生应急工作的业务流程、详细步骤、服务对象与涉及的信息资源,重点对区域突发公共卫生事件应急平台的业务模型进行了分析,给出了信息系统的总体框架。最后对平台系统建设进行了初步探索,期待对构建这类系统的单位和地区有所帮助。
The operation flow,steps,customer and information resource of the emergency platform for sanitation events in local areas are discussed from the aspect of system construction.Then,with the model of the emergency platform for sanitation events in local areas analyzed,the overal framework of the information system is put forward.Finally,the platform system construction is also studied.
