催化裂化装置的二硫化物分离罐因工艺结构不合理,设备局部出现酸性腐蚀及孔蚀并造成壳体泄露,通过调整设备内部结构避免酸性气积聚,从而解决了腐蚀问题。
The acidic corrosion, pitting corrosion and corrosion failure occurred in the equipment of bisulfide separator in the FCC unit due to the inappropriate design of construction. The improvement of equipment intemal constructions has eliminated the accumulation of acidic gas and solved the associated corrosion problems.
