摘要
黄淮海平原农业生产在国家粮食安全中占有重要地位,研究应用与黄淮海平原农业气候资源特点和规律性相适应的农作技术,提高农业气候资源利用率、特别是降水资源的利用率,是解决黄淮海平原农业缺水问题、确保农业可持续发展的现实选择。从分析黄淮海平原农业气候资源特点和农业生产条件出发,探讨了农业发展面临的主要问题及出路,提出了实现黄淮海平原农业气候资源高效利用的六大农作技术。
Agricultural production in Huang-Huai-Hai Plain plays a dominant role in ensuring national food security. It is a realistic choice to apply farming techniques in accordance with the agricultural climatic resources characteristics and regularities,and enhance the agricultural climatic resources utilization especially rainfall resources utilization to solve the problem of water shortage and ensure agricultural sustainable development in Huang-Huai-Hai Plain. We analyzed the agricultural climatic resources characteristics and agricultural production conditions,discussed the problems and outlets of agricultural development and proposed six farming techniques that make the high efficient using of agricultural climatic resources in Huang-Huai-Hai Plain.
