摘要
针对当前上插阴、阳极结构稀土熔盐电解槽存在的一些弊端,设计了10kA底部阴极电解槽,并用有限元ANSYS软件对该槽型中的电场进行了数值模拟,得到三种极距下电场的电位及电场强度分布,发现该槽型的设计是合理的。
In allusion to some disadvantages existed in the current rare earth molten salt electrolytic cell with parallel-interpolation-structure of anode and cathode,the paper designed 10kA bottom-cathode-structure rare earth electrolytic cell and made use of ANSYS software to simulate the electric-field.Then the isopotential and electric field intensity distributions of three kinds of polar distance were obtained,the design of the new electrolytic cell is reasonable.
