摘要
研制了一种用于油水井解堵的脉冲大电流电源。它采用中频恒流源给升压变压器供电,经桥式整流给高压脉冲电容器充电,通过封闭式气体开关产生脉冲高压施于液体放电间隙,使之击穿形成脉冲大电流。具有脉冲电压幅值和放电重复率易调、寿命长、能量利用率高、脉冲电流上升沿陡和产生的冲击波强的优点。样机在油田现场试验了4口井,取得良好的解堵增产效果。
A kind of pulse high current power supply usedfor dredging oil and water wells is developed.A middle frequency constant current inverse converter supply gives energy to a step-up transformer, after bridge rectification tocharged a high voltage pulse capacitor directly. When a hermetic gas spark space reaches its self-breakdown voltage, itbreakdowns and produces a pulse high voltage onto a liquidgap and cause high current pulse discharge in liquid. Thepower supply possess many advantages, such as convenientadjustment of the operating voltage and discharging frequency, compact structure, long lifetime, high energy transferrate, fast rise time of current pulse and strong shock wave.This high current pulse supply have dredged four wells inoil field and obtained a Rood result for increasing oil.
