摘要
随着我国沿海地区经济持续快速发展,港口与城市相邻地域的功能会因双方各自的发展而产生不同的目标和需要,许多沿海港口同时面临着新港区的开辟与老港区的改造.城市海港择址另建,新的港区成为获得深水泊位的明智选择,同时也伴随着搬迁老港区以便为改造发展创造条件.对老港区存在的问题进行了总结归纳,分析了我国港口改造现状,结合案例提出了我国老港区的改造模式与思路.
With the fast and sustainable development of coastal regions,the functions of the harbor and its adjacent areas of the city will have different aims and needs because of each self-development.Many coastal ports are faced with the development of new harbor areas and the improvement of the old ones.One of the best choices for them is to relocate the old harbors and to establish new ones.This paper sums up the existing problems of old harbor areas,analyses the status quo of the transformation and presents some improving models and planning mechanism.
