摘要
"四位一体"新型的育人模式使学校德育工作发生了根本性的变化。探索"四位一体"的德育工作规律、提高德育工作效率已成为当前高职院校亟待解决的现实问题。加强个人修养、研究学生状况、关爱弱者、指导学生就业是德育导师取得工作成效的重要因素。
The latest teaching form, ＂Four in One Management Mode＂ changed the moral education greatly,Investigation on the working laws of ＂Four in One Management Mode＂ and raise working efficiency are the key points in the technical colleges., Strengthen personal manners, study student＇s condition, care and love weak, instruct student＇s employment are important factors for moral education.
