摘要
介绍了舞钢采用淬火+回火工艺开发的-50℃低温球罐钢07MnNiMoVDR(L)。复合采用多元微合金化、真空处理、夹杂物变性、低速大压下轧制及控轧控冷等多项工艺技术,钢板具有高强度、高韧性、低焊接裂纹敏感性、良好的焊接性及优异的抗焊后热处理性能,能够满足-50℃低温球罐钢的性能要求。
The paper describes the low temperature spherical tank steel 07MnNiMoVDR（L） at-50 ℃ developed with quenching and tempering process in Wugang.By applying various process technologies such as multi-element microalloying,vacuum degassing of molten steel,inclusions modification,large reduction rolling of steel plate at low speed and controlled rolling and controlled cooling,the steel is of good strength and toughness properties,good weldability,satisfies the requirements of low susceptibility to welding crack,is of high strength,high toughness,good weldability,excellent post welding heat treatment performance,is capable of meeting the requirements of low temperature spherical tank steel at-50 ℃.
