摘要
本文主要研究SA516 Gr.70正火板经过不同次数的模拟焊后热处理后的性能变化情况,分析了变化的原因。研究表明,随着模拟焊后热处理次数的增加,钢板的强度、塑性和韧性都呈下降趋势,且第一次模拟焊后热处理后的性能变化最大。
The change in property is studied after the normulised steel plate grade SAS16 Gr. 70 going through different time of post-weld heat treatment and the masons of it has been analysed in this paper. The result shows that the strength,plasticity and toughness of steel decrease with the number of simulated weld heat treatment increasing, especially the first time simulated post-weld heat treatment.
