摘要
开设创新实验是培养创新人才的一项重要举措,而其作用得以充分发挥的重要保证是创新实验项目能够源源不断地产生。从更新教育观念、加强实验队伍建设、与科研相结合、与社会需求相结合以及设立创新实验基金等方面,就如何促进创新实验项目不断产生进行了初步的探讨。
As an important step of creative education, commencing innovative experimental course can train students to be originative talents. To ensure the teaching effect of the course, innovative experiments need to be developed continually. In the paper, some issues on how to promote innovative experiments to be renewed constantly were discussed,including updating education concept, strengthening experimental staff development, combining with scientific research or social requirement and creating innovative experiment fund.
