摘要
目的通过对某校人文素质教育的调查;探讨高等医学院校人文素质教育改革与实践的思路。方法通过自己设计的人文素质调查问卷对某医学院校的人文素质教育情况进行了调查。结果某校学生人文素质总体水平还需进一步提高;人文素质知识基础较薄弱;对人文素质教育重视程度不够;学生人文素质水平不高,人文基础知识薄弱;人文素质课程设置不合理且课时少;教学方法单一、死板;师资力量较薄弱等。人文课程建设有待加强。结论人文素质教育在医学院校的总体教育中发挥着重要作用,因此需加强医学人文素质教育力度,通专结合;充分利用医学人文教育的文化资源;改革教学方式,注重能力培养;创办医学人文专业或人文医学专业教育;建立知识结构合理的教师队伍。
Objective To investigate the humanistic education course of our college,explore and analyze the reform of humanities quality education of medical colleges.Methods Analyze the imPortance of humanities quality education in higher medical colleges;Questionnaire investigations are used for the study of eurriculum setting in humanities education of our college.Results The research shows the students＇humanistic quality is not high,their humanistic foundation is rather weak and the construction of humanities currieulum needs to be strengthened. Conclusion The education of humanity plays an important role in the overall aducation in higher medieal colleges. Right now,we have to face up to the following problems like less importance attached to humanities and education,poor humanistic quality,weakness of humanistic foundation and irrational setting of humanities currieulum,short periods of class hour,sole teaching method,weak teaching staff and so on.The thoughts of reforming the humanities education in our colleges need to put more emphasis on humanities education,strengthen humanities education,use the resources superiority of those comprehensive universities to broaden the humanities education,reform teaehing methods,emphasize on the cultivation of student＇s overall abilities,originate more specialties or subjects on humanities,and establish reasonable knowledge-structured teaching staff.
