摘要
应用现场总线技术、PLC控制技术及冗余技术,唐钢2560m3高炉2#鼓风机站的2×75t/h全燃气锅炉实现了安全、可靠、平稳、经济的运行。该系统的过程控制站选用美国ROCKWELL公司的PLC-5/60C可编程控制器,操作站和工程师站选用ROCKWELL公司的6155 A-B工业控制计算机,二者之间通过ControlNet现场总线实现通讯。为了提高控制的可靠性,系统采用了CPU、电源、网络及I/O的四重冗余配置。详细介绍了系统的硬件组成及燃烧、汽水和冗余子系统的设计方案。结果表明,锅炉自动控制系统设计完善而巧妙,其设计思想及技巧(如层操和角操设计、调节阀无扰切换控制和高炉煤气阀死区调节等)同样适用于相似生产过程。
The design of the 2×75t/h gas-fired boiler control system in Tangshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.was studied by means of the technology of field bus,PLC and redundant.The process stations use ROCKWELL PLC-5/60C,while the operator and engineering stations ROCKWELL 6155 A-B IPC.ControlNet was adopted for the communication between the stations.To achieve the reliable control,the redundant configuration of CPU,supply,network and I/O was used.The paper introduced the hardware configuration and the main design scheme for the combustion,steam-water and re-dundancy sub-systems in detail.The results indicate that the design concept and skill are also suitable for the other similar processes,including the design of four-valve-controller and one-valve-controller,the conversion without distur-bance between the regulating valves and the dead band regulation of BFG(blast furnace coal gas) valves.
