高温对早籼稻花后籽粒氮代谢关键酶活性及蛋白质含量的影响 被引量:3

Effects of High Temperature on Key Enzyme Activities Related to Nitrogen Metabolism and Protein Content of Early-indica Rice Grain

摘要 为探讨高温对不同早籼稻品种(食用稻株两优611和饲用稻湘早籼24号)开花后籽粒中氮代谢关键酶活性及蛋白质含量的影响,利用人工气候室在籽粒灌浆成熟期进行高温(昼/夜温度为34℃/29℃)和适温(昼/夜温度为25℃/22℃)处理,光照13 h/d,对2个早籼稻品种灌浆成熟期籽粒重、籽粒中蛋白质含量及谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)和谷氨酸合成酶(GOGAT)活性的变化进行了研究。结果表明,供试2个早籼稻品种花后在高温下籽粒增重快,增重持续时间短,成熟后粒重较适温处理低;蛋白质含量较适温处理高;灌浆过程中GS和GOGAT活性先升后降,均在开花后10 d出现峰值。适温下籽粒增重慢,持续时间长,粒重高于高温处理;花后GS和GOGAT活性呈缓慢下降趋势。花后高温对籽粒蛋白质含量的影响因不同品种而异,高温条件下湘早籼24号花后25 d籽粒中蛋白质含量比适温条件下增加4.45 mg/g,株两优611增加2.23 mg/g。以上结果说明,灌浆成熟期高温有利于提高早籼稻尤其是饲用早籼稻籽粒氮代谢关键酶活性及蛋白质含量。在生产中选择适宜的播种期,使籽粒灌浆成熟期处于适宜高温度条件下,有利于提高早籼稻稻米蛋白质含量。 In order to investigate the effect of high temperature on key enzyme activities related to nitrogen metabolism and protein content of early-indica rice grain,two rice varieties were used in pot experiments including Zhuliangyou 611(for fodder) and Xiangzaoxian 24(edible),treated with two temperature treatments(high as day 34 ℃/dark 29 ℃,appropriate as day 25 ℃/dark 22 ℃) in phytotrone,and the following indexes were analyzed,such as soluble protein content,glutamine synthetase(GS) and glutamate synthetase(GOGAT) activities related to nitrogen metabolism of rice grain after flowering.Under the high temperature condition,the grain weights of the two varieties both increased quickly but continued only a few days,and the soluble protein contents were higher than those under the appropriate condition.The activities of GS and GOGAT in grains were improved immediately at 7-10 d after flowering and reached the peaks at 10 d,then decreased.Under the appropriate temperature condition,the grain weights increased slowly and kept higher than those under the high temperature condition,and the activities of GS and GOGAT dropped slowly in grain after flowering.The effect of high temperature on the grain soluble protein content differed with early-indica rice genotypes.At 25 d after flowering,the grain soluble protein contents in Xiangzaoxian 24 and Zhuliangyou 611 under the high temperature condition were 4.45 mg/g and 2.23 mg/g(dry grain weight) more than those under the appropriate temperature condition.The results suggested that the high temperature at grain filling stage could improve the key enzyme activities related to nitrogen metabolism and soluble protein content of early-indica rice grain,especially for fodder rice.Therefore,in order to get high quality,the suitable seeding time should be selected for grain filling under higher temperature condition in early-indica rice cultivation.
