摘要
分析了电子文件的特点及电子文件档案化管理的利弊,通过对电子文件与传统纸质档案管理的对比,阐明了电子文档目前还不能完全取代纸质档案,两者应在一定时期内优势互补、并存发展,并就加强电子文件档案化管理及档案安全问题提出了相关措施建议。
This article starts with introducing the characteristics of electronic archives and then compares the management of electronic archives with that of traditional archives,and emphasizes the traditional archives can not be absolutely replaced by the electronic archives recently.Both of them should complement each other’s advantages and common development.Forevermore,this article shows some methods for improving the man-agement of electronic archives.
