摘要
探讨无味标本保存液消除甲醛气味的作用机制。选用经福尔马林固定1~1.5a的尸体标本在无味标本保存液中浸泡不同的时间,用分光光度法测定各样品甲醛的含量。结果表明:标本色泽良好且消除了福尔马林刺激性气味,各样品甲醛的含量基本保持不变。结论:甲醛溶于甘油和酒精后的混合溶液挥发性大大降低;无味标本保存液绿色环保且降低了甲醛对工作人员人体的毒副作用。
Objective:Research mechanism of odourless saving speinens liquid to remove formaldehyde’s smell.Methods:Choose dead specimen by liquor formaldehydi fix for one to one and a half year soak different time.Determine the sample formaldehyde’s content with spectrophotometric method.Results:Speimens’s colour is all right and formaldehyde’s smell can be removed.The sample formaldehyde’s content is unchanged.Conclusion:Formaldehyde is very soluble in glycerin and alcohol’mixed solution,which can easily reduce the vola-tile.Odourless saving speimens liquid removing formaldehyde’s smell is green environmental protection and can reduce toxic and side-effect to the workers.
