高速切削加工时标准7∶24锥度刀柄及HSK刀柄的分析

摘要 将机床主轴与刀具相联结的刀柄是影响加工精度、机床和刀具磨损及加工效率的关键部件。针对高速切削对刀柄的要求,对标准7∶24锥度刀柄及HSK空心短锥刀柄的特点及性能进行对比和分析,给出各自的适用场合和切削条件。同时指出HSK空心短锥刀柄虽具有突出的优点,但并不能完全取代7∶24锥度刀柄,应根据具体情况选用才能收到良好效果。 Shank,which connects the spindle and cutting tool,is the key component influencing the accuracy of machining,the wear of machine tool and cutting tools,and the efficiency of machining.On the demand of high speed cutting for the quality of shank,the characteristics of standard 7∶24 taper shank(BT shank)and HSK shank were compared and analyzed,and their application occasions and cutting conditions were presented.It is obvious that hollow short taper-shank(HSK)has better performance,but it can't replace standard 7∶24 taper shank completely.The application of the shank can achieve good results depending on the situation.
