摘要
我国是一个农产品大国,但食品物流还处在起步阶段,严重地阻碍了我国农产品产业的升级步伐。应该从政府角度重视和规制食品物流地位和发展环境,从产业角度构建冷链状态下的食品物流供应链,从运营角度推动现代第三方食品物流企业的发展,努力提升我国食品物流的产业化发展。
China is a big agricultural country,but food logistics still in its initial stage,a serious impediment to the escalation of the pace of Chinas agricultural industry.Should attach importance to and from the perspective of regulatory status of food logistics and development environment built from the industrial point of the food under cold chain logistics supply chain,from the operational point of view of modern third-party food logistics enterprises to promote the development of efforts to promote the industrialization of our food logistics development.
