摘要 关节软骨损伤后修复能力有限;近年来,随着生物技术、组织工程技术的发展,关节软骨的实验研究取得了多方面的进展,由此为成功治疗关节软骨损伤带来了更多更好的方案。文中从保守治疗、移植技术、组织工程化软骨和基因工程等方面对关节软骨损伤修复的研究进展作一综述。 The repair capacity of articular cartilage is limited after injury.In recent years,with the development of biotechnology and tissue engineering technology,progress has been made in various aspects in the studies of articular cartilage,and more and better programs have been proposed for the management of articular cartilage injury.This article focuses on the advances in the repair of articular cartilage defects in such aspects as conservative treatment,transplantation,tissue engineering and gene engineering of the cartilage.
