摘要
西方现代绘画装饰语言的形成与其社会科学、经济发展有着必然的联系,同时,特定时期文化思潮的影响以及相关艺术、尤其是东方艺术对西方现代绘画装饰语言的运用起到了重要的启示作用。艺术家以多样化的装饰语言表现方式,形成了丰富多彩的现代绘画视觉形象。从装饰的自然表现,到创新装饰的形式的风格化;从寻求与现代大工业相适应的装饰美,甚至主张形式服从功能而摒弃装饰,到出于后现代思潮、大众文化的影响而形成多元化装饰形式,以及创造意识的需求而趋向装饰的回归。装饰语言的形成和流变构成了人类艺术发展的主线,可见,对西方现代绘画装饰语言的探究具有重要意义。
In west modern painting,decoration language witnesses its beginning with close relation to social science and economic development on the one hand,and with the effect from cultural trends in specific times on the other hand.Besides,the language derives nutrition from oriental arts.Employing varieties of decoration language,artists have been creating rich visual images including lots of innovation,such as from natural representation to stylization in form,from harmony with modern industry,to no decoration for preference of function to form,and moving forward to plural forms due to the effect of post-modern trends and mass culture,and moreover,the return to origin of decoration because of the needs for creation.The beginning and change of decoration language provide a new perspective into human arts,hence worth stressing.
