摘要 对低聚糖的生理功能进行了简介,阐述了低聚糖改善胃肠道功能的作用机制及其应用,最后论述了低聚糖的研究趋势和发展前景。 A brief account on the physiological function of oligosaccharides was given,then the mechanism and application of them for gastrointestinal function of human body are expatiated, finally,the development trend and prospects of oligosaccharides are dissertated.
