摘要
电力工业在电力、电量两个方面满足电力市场的同时，还必须有足够备用容量以满足调峰、调频的需要。实施峰谷分时电价是抑平负荷曲线，提高负荷率的重要措施，也是合理配备装机容量的手段。根据当前峰谷差异常增大的现状，分析了实行峰谷分时电价存在的问题，以及峰谷差异常增大的危害，并提出了解决问题的方法及建议。
Electric power industry needs not only to fulfill electric market in electric power supply and energy demand but also enough spare capacity to fulfill the requirement of peak load and frequency regulation.The implement of peak and valley time sharing electricity price is the important measure to curb loading curve,promote load rate and reasonably distribute installed capacity.For the currently abnormal large difference between peak and valley power demand.this paper analyzed the existing problems in implementing peak and valley time sharing electricity price and the harm of abnormal increase in peak and valley difference,and provided methods and suggestions to solve these problems.
