摘要
归纳了在建设工程招投标中投标单位、建设部门、监督部门各自存在的主要问题,并针对这些问题提出加强监督检查、完善规章制度等行之有效的管理对策,从而建立良好的建筑市场秩序,保证建筑业稳步发展。
With the induction of respective problems existing in tender units,building departments,supervision department in the process of construction project bidding,it proposes strengthening supervision and improving regulations and other effective management measures in light of these issues,in order to establish a good construction market,and to ensure the stable development of construction industry.
