针对项目经理素质与能力培训进行了探讨,分析了项目经理素质与能力培养的重要性、意义及培养计划,阐述了项目经理素质与能力培训的具体内容和相应的培训方式,以期促进项目经理素质与能力的提高。
Aiming at the quality and capacity training for item managers,the thesis discussed and analyzed the importance of the quality and capacity training for item managers,significance and the training plan,illustrated the specific contents and corresponding training method of the quality and capacity training for item managers,expecting to promote the enhancement of the quality and capacity training for item managers.
