摘要
湿喷混凝土以粉尘少、回弹率低、喷射效率高、质量稳定可靠的诸多优点在地下工程中被广泛应用。本文以阜盘高速公路海棠山隧道初期支护湿喷混凝土为例,主要论述混凝土湿喷技术特点及工艺,并与干喷混凝土从质量控制、经济效益上作比较,使混凝土湿喷技术能得到进一步推广使用。
Wet spraying concrete is widely applicated in the underground engineering with many advantages of dust emissions, low rebound, high efficiency, stable and reliable quality benefits. The article takes the example of wet spraying concrete at initial stage in Fuxin Fu-Pan Highway Haitang mountain tunnel, mainly elaborates the technical characteristics of wet spraying, the comparison of dry spraying from the quality control to the economic benefits, which make concrete wet spraying technology can be used for further attention.
