摘要
受阻胺光稳定剂UV3853的合成以硬脂酸甲酯和2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶醇为原料,在催化剂甲醇钠的作用下,以二甲苯为溶剂进行酯交换而得。通过正交实验,取得了较佳的反应条件:n(C9H19NO):n(硬脂酸甲酯)=1.15:1,反应时间为7h,催化剂用量为硬脂酸甲酯质量的8%。在此条件下合成的产品符合质量标准,产品的收率达95.6%。
The hindered amine light stabilizer UV3853 was synthesized with methyl stearate and 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinol with sodium methoxide as catalyst,xylene as solvent.The optimum reaction condition were found as follow:reaction time 7 h,mole ratio of 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinol to methyl stearate 1.15 and sodium methoxide dosage 8% of the mass of methyl stearate.Under the optimum condition, the yield of UV3853 was up to 95.6%.The quality of UV3853 conforms standards.
