摘要
以双铣刀螺杆专用数控铣床为研究对象,利用labVIEW软件和NI数据采集卡等采集机床振动信号,在Matlab软件中采用复模态指示函数法对机床进行试验模态分析,得出其固有频率和相关振型,对比有限元分析结果表明:机床横向振动是影响螺杆加工精度的主要因素,在机床设计时应予考虑.
This paper takes the double-cutter special CNC milling machine for screw as the object of study,collects machine tool vibration signals using the labVIEW software and NI data acquisition cards,makes a modal analysis of the machine tool using the complex mode indicator function method in the Matlab software,and derives the natural frequencies and associated mode shapes.A comparison of the finite element analysis results show that the transverse vibration of the machine tool is dominant and has considerable impact on the processing accuracy of the screw and should be taken into consideration in the design process.
