摘要
我国应把子女利益最佳原则作为未成年子女监护权行使的根本原则。立法上应兼采单方行使与双方共同行使相结合的未成年子女监护权行使模式。并对未成年子女监护权行使的内容进行细化,行使方式进行专门规定。
Our country should take the children benefit best principle the fundamental principle which the underage children right of guardianship exercises.Legislates should concurrently to pick the folk remedy to exercise the underage children right of guardianship which exercises together with both sides unifies to exercise the pattern.And the content which exercises to the underage children right of guardianship carries on the refinement,exercises the way to carry on stipulated specially.
