摘要
以广东省东江流域农村饮用水安全现状为研究对象,构建农村饮用水安全诊断指标体系,建立基于云理论的农村饮用水安全单指标评分模型,运用层次分析法对指标因子赋权,对农村饮用水安全作出系统全面的综合诊断。诊断结果表明,东江流域农村大部分县级行政区存在饮用水不安全问题,综合各县级行政区诊断结果,整个东江流域农村饮用水基本安全。
The paper uses a scientific and rational method to diagnose the problem of security of drinking water in rural areas.The objective is to offer a new method for recognition of present situation of security of drinking water in rural areas,to provide foundation to ensure security of drinking water in rural areas.A case study of current situation of security of drinking water in rural areas of Dongjiang Basin in Guangdong Province,the paper constructs a diagnosis index system for security of drinking water in rural areas,establishes the model for index scoring based on Cloud Model,uses the method of analytic hierarchy process to make index weight,diagnoses the problem of security of drinking water in rural areas.The diagnoses result shows that there are some insecurity problems of drinking water in many rural areas of Dongjiang Basin in Guangdong Province.However,as a whole,it is basic safe.
