摘要
采用常规的失重法对聚天冬氨酸(PASP)在硫酸介质中对碳钢的缓蚀性能进行了研究。研究了聚天冬氨酸的用量、温度、硫酸的浓度等因素对其缓蚀性能的影响。得出聚天冬氨酸用量为0.2%,温度为30℃,硫酸浓度小于15%时对碳钢都有较好的缓蚀性能。用线性扫描伏安法和电化学阻抗谱对聚天冬氨酸的缓蚀机理进行了电化学研究,发现随着PASP浓度增加,金属的自腐蚀电位有变大的趋势,表明聚天冬氨酸应属于阳极型缓蚀剂;同时阻抗谱在高频区出现了半圆容抗弧,加入聚天冬氨酸的体系半圆半径变大,进一步验证了聚天冬氨酸对碳钢的缓蚀性能。
A normal approach for studying corrosion inhibition performance of polyaspartic acid on carbon steel in sulfuric acid solution was used as the loss-weight method. Effect of polyaspartic acid concentra- tion, temperature and concentration of sulfuric acid on corrosion inhibition performance were investigated. Under the condition such as polyaspartic acid concentration 0.2%, temperature 30℃, sulfuric acid solution concentration less than 15%, inhibition performance of polyaspartic acid on carbon steel was good. Electrochemical study methods such as linear sweep voltammetry and EIS were used to study inhibition performance of polyaspartic acid. With increasing polyaspartic acid concentration, the corrosion potential of carbon steel electrode was higher which indicated polyaspartic acid belonged to anodic corrosion inhibitor. And the radius of arc appeared at high frequency capacitance impedance zone was bigger while the solution was added polyaspartic acid which indicatd the inhibition performance of polyaspartic acid on carbon steel.
