摘要
运用数据资料对资源型城市的竞争力提升进行研究,认为资源型城市的竞争力呈倒"U"型,榆林作为成长阶段的资源型城市,近年来经济发展迅速,但受经济结构、环境质量等多种因素的影响,榆林的城市竞争力远落后于东部同类城市。提出应从加大国企改制、调整产业结构、保护和治理环境、提高政府的城市经营能力、重视软环境建设和发展循环经济促进社会转型等方面寻找提升榆林城市竞争力的对策。
The competitiveness of resource - based cities shows a backward ＇ U＇ type. As a resource - based city in its growing stage, the economy of Yulin is developing rapidly in recent years. However, being influenced by eco- nomic structure, environment quality and so on, the competitiveness of Yulin falls behind the eastern similar type cities. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the industrial structure, protect and control environment, improve the urban working comPetence, strengthen the soft and hard environment constructions, develop the circular economy, promote the city＇ s transition and so on, in order to seek the countermeasure to improve Yulin＇ s urban competitiveness.
