摘要
目的:优选提取毛头牛蒡子中总黄酮的最佳条件。方法:采用平行实验优化毛头牛蒡子中总黄酮的提取工艺,以芦丁的含量为评价指标。结果:加75%乙醇50mL超声提取90min,提取效果最好。结论:该工艺可充分提取毛头牛蒡子中的总黄酮类成分,提高了药材利用率,为毛头牛蒡子的进一步开发利用作了铺垫。
Objective：To choose the best extract technology of Total flavones from Arctium tomentosum Mill.Methods：Parallel experiment was used to optimize the best extract technology; the content of rutin was index.Results：Hyper acoustic extract with 75% alcohol,50ml of alcohol-adding amount and 90 min of extract time respectively.Conclusion：The extract technology of Total flavones from Arctium tomentosum Mill is best, and improves the efficiency of Arctium tomentosum Mill. ; conduce to further research of the Arctium tomentosum Mill.
